We are a well-established, family-run outside catering business backed by a large team of brilliant chefs, waiters and bar staff. Our professional chefs have restaurant backgrounds and all our menus are bespoke; written especially for you and your budget. On the day, our delicious restaurant-style food is created by skilled chefs and served by friendly, proficient uniformed waiting staff, and the event as a whole overseen by an experienced front-of-house manager.

Heading up the Outside team are Joanna Griffin, Operations Manager, who looks after the organisational side of things; and Toby Watson, Executive Chef, who takes care of the food. Joanna has over 30 years’ experience in outside catering, including 15 years as manager / proprietor of Berthlwyd Hall Hotel, Truffles Restaurant and Sands Brasserie. Joanna looks after the plans and preparations and will support you through every stage of your event; from the very first meeting to the day itself. Toby’s restaurant background includes Piccolino Restaurant Knutsford, Restaurant Bar and Grill Manchester, Sands Brasserie Deganwy (Cheshire Life North Wales Restaurant of the Year), 30 mile menu at Conwy Feast and Cantina Deganwy. These days Toby focuses on designing inspired menus and creating outstanding food for discerning diners like you and your guests.
